I remember hearing the phrase--

"When you feel like praying the least, is when you need it most."

I think trying to recognize that it is Satan who wishes us not to communicate with our Father in Heaven then we can at least as others have mentioned, try to refocus and reflect on WHY we don't want to pray.

I always want to pray, but I forget to. But I think I do pray to the lord from my heart, but I don't know whats up with me but I seem to talk to the Lord trough my heart and mind more than physically.
