AP - A woman pleaded guilty to scalping a mohawk-wearing teenage girl, blaming the attack on mental illness and her drug addiction.

She can blame all that she wants to mental illness and drug addiction but the fact is that after the attack she left the girl in a hospital which means she saw perfectly that she hurt the girl, whether it was intentional or not, it doesn't change the fact that the girl ended up having surgery and staying in a hospital for a long while.
