DRAPER TEMPLE GROUNDBREAKING SATURDAY

DRAPER, Utah - President Gordon B. Hinckley and other leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will break ground and dedicate the site for the Draper Utah Temple Saturday. President Hinckley will be joined by President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust of the First Presidency. Elder Russell M. Nelson of the Quorum of the Twelve will conduct the invitation-only ceremony.

My sister's family lives within walking distance of this site. Their property value has more than doubled since the temple was announced! Profiting aside, it's very exciting to have a temple so close. It's a beautiful spot and from reports made, much needed in the valley. At a later date, I will try to post some pictures of the area in this thread.
