Version Anti-mormon Gathering Magic

Is this as simple as it seems or is there a deeper meaning? To me, it seems they are mocking the alphabet that was started and taught to the children--and saying that no one else could read it or maybe we couldn't even read it? Not too sure on this one.

Yes, the concept of coming up with your own language may be perceived as someone wanting to speak Klingon. Such things make people unique, for others it is seen as clanish.
