WILMINGTON, Delaware - When Flora McConkie's children marry, she is looking forward to the ceremonies being held in Philadelphia's new Mormon temple. The pace of building has increased in recent years, with temples announced as membership has grown. "There's been a lot of growth in the region, and Church leaders are trying to locate temples closer to members,"McConkie said.
