A Texas man reportedly experienced the worst possible nightmare for any dad - he witnessed his 4 year old daughter being molested. And then he did probably what most dads in that situation would do: he beat the man so badly he ended up dying from his injuries. Would you do the same? Ref. Source 2

If I saw that I think I will lose my mind and the next things that happen I will not know about it because I will be just acting out of adrenaline... Could be murder but for me it will be revenge.

I don't have a daughter but I have no doubts about my possible reaction in a similar situation. Sadly enough, I'm quite sure that this father will face a trial. Law is law and personal justice is not allowed.

When you see something like this happening the reserved instincts come into play - there is an adrenaline rush and you will most like act in anger. I know I would probably want to clobber the man, maybe not til death but he might not be able to get up or use his tool to harm anyone again.
