Chicago unrest: 100 arrested, 13 officers injured after crowds smashed windows, looted stores downtown. Police Department Superintendent David Brown said a heavy police presence is expected in the downtown area and investigators will examine footage "To pursue these offenders to the fullest extent of the law." Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot called the incident "Abject criminal behavior." Ref. USAToday.
