Autism In The Workplace

Here is a short documentary about the benefits companies are experiencing from hiring individuals on the autism spectrum, however like many documentaries it tends to make the public feel that most on the spectrum have these 'super' abilities when in fact the majority of those on the spectrum are all the opposite because they need lots of life skills, aides, etc. Your thoughts?
