Well, good for mom and dad for cracking down and sticking to their word. If they can keep that attitude (in love) going forward, perhaps they will be able to salvage their sons. The article says the parents blame themselves for being too lax before; so no wonder the boys didn't believe them about selling the gifts! I'd love to see a follow-up on this in 6 months.
