Hi everyone, does anyone know how to password a normal folder(offline) with java so only I can get in it! cool.gif

Why don't you use a tar compression program and encode it with a password? I believe some zip programs can do this too, but tar is tougher I think.

2. Download and install the program
3. Right click on the folder you want to protect and choose Zip or Rar
4. In the details you assign it a password and notes as you choose

Note: Do not forget the password, because once you lose it, then it takes several hours and hack programs to get it back!
