Title: Beyond the tape
Comments: Do we really need to see things about criminal committing local crimes, or come to think about it about any crime at all ? Citizens here are living with growing fear day after day. It will be far better showing more police on scheduled foot patrols in all districts, thus decreasing the fearful anxieties of our people, than wasting money by showing heroic action by a few 'Rambo' type police men here. Anyway it would now appear that such programs has had a bad effect on at least one of the Rambo type senior police officers acting as a role model in those locally made videos of beyond the tape. He has now ended up with a criminal record.
I think they just faded him out due to the scandal. Imagine he is supposed to be the example and had a matter in court this is what is so wrong with the country, not even those in authority respect the laws.
A couple of days ago members of the public called in to ask Marlon to read the contact numbers slower. When they did that Marlon had a tantrum, and I call it that because he was totally unprofessional by saying that he has been reading the numbers for too long. Maybe it is time to get someone else to host Beyond the Tape if Marlon thinks that reading some numbers is too much to do. It does not matter HOW LONG he has been reading the numbers because he is not taking into consideration that… NEW people might be watching who has never seen the show before, the elderly, the hard of hearing and so forth. That is the thing with services in this country… everyone expects you to be the best for them but they do not want to give their best. And it was very strange that they did not simply put up the numbers on the screen in the first place from the start. It is good that they are doing so now.

Comments: I was listening to the Beyond the Tape programme today and all the callers had one thing in common… no justice! What is worst is not only the criminals get off but according to the callers they got no help from the police either. Women have it hard in this country.
