Crimes Against Tourists In Trinidad And Tobago

How can we expect to welcome tourists and have more foreigners here when they are not safe. I heard on the news that a woman was stabbed around her body by someone near Queens Hall. She had to go to hospital and missed her cruise. That's ridiculous specially when there is a police station about 200 yards away from it.

When any of those cruise ships dock there should be police all over the place to ensure their safety specially in hot spot areas.

Agreed but that area around Queen's Hall isn't considered a hot spot for crime as far as I know and there is lots of traffic there.

Catch him and lock him up for good. There should be even greater penalties when they take advantage of visitors.
