Comments: I have lived in Westmoorings my entire life and I can tell you majority of the homes are nothing special and the parks aren't well maintained, making it less of this modern expensive utopia it sets out to be. However, you are paying for land in a prime location and a safe environment for all home owners. I also feel the bitterness from some and it's probably because some wealthy folk can be somewhat snobby or less aware of country conditions outside their comfort zone. But showing disrespect to people, simply because of where they live/ how much money their family has, is a very ignorant way to live.
