Trinidad Postal Services Reviews for the Trinidad & Tobago Postal Service or TTPost. Ever since the national mail system was handed over to a private company to run it seems the service gets worst and the charges are ridiculous.

Sometimes they can take long, probably they will receive it this coming week. Which TTPost outlet did you send it from? As a tip, if it is ever something important ensure to register it, the cost is not much more and you can claim if anything happens.

I don't know if I can order anything from abroad anymore. TTPost getting too ridiculous with their fees. Now they have a $25 handling fee and the package real small!

Title: TTPost Handling Fee

Comments: I totally agree! This so-called "handling fee" is a total rip off. I've sent so many messages to their customer service trying to find out exactly what that fee is for. All I got was a lame excuse about them "processing" the package. Isn't postage paid supposed to cover that?

I getting fed up with them now. I'm giving them a little bit more time to answer my questions, then I shall be going to complain at the Ministry of Public Utilities.

I just picked up a package and they charged me the usual $25 for handling (Something the poster who sends it to you pays for) plus $7 for each day over 7 days I did not pick it up. That is outright robbery! How am I supposed to know when I get a package that is waiting for me? Additionally, TTPost feels it can just charge the public for anything whenever they feel like it with no notification. It used to be that you go into TTPost and there would be a line, now it is empty. When they start to close down because their services are no longer needed they will knows it because they treat their customers like crap.
