John was shot multiple times. He ran towards his house, but collapsed and died. The suspect fired several more shots, one of which hit bystander Glen Roberts. I'm tired to read of murder witnesses being killed in the most brutal manners. What is the state and police doing to protect these people? I would like to know EXACTLY what is the procedure.
