What do you all think about the way they selling roti in the grocery in plastic bags? I've tasted it and I can say its ALMOST as good as freshly made but definitely not as good. The thing with roti is it has to be fresh to remain soft. By the time you warm up a packaged roti it starts to get hard and rubbery.

I will definitely have to go with freshly made roti, because when you eat the freshly made roti, it tastes nice and fresh and not bitter and hard like most of the packaged ones that you have to re-warm.

I can't believe this is even a question. I mean to say there is good food and then there is thing that my dog will sniff and then probably poo on. If you want a roti hot you go where the lady making it and you buy it hot. You don't go to the corner mart pickup a week's old roti that taste like recycled paper in plastic and expect to taste like how your mother do it. The best roti is the one made right there and wrapped right there.
