What are your thoughts about the case of 2 year old Faith Henry who was stung by a scorpion and later died due a lack of medical facilities / antidotes available in Trinidad?

This is a unique case, a sad one at that but it may be more about bad medical advice than a lack of medicine. I'm saying that but right now there is a drug shortage in the country so who can say what's really happening.
