That was a horrendous crime. The 16 year old should have been tried as an adult then the release would be a nonissue.

Title: murder in west-moorings

Comments: The crime was committed when he was 16 yrs and his partner in crime was an adult at the time. At that age one can be easily influenced so I say set him free and give him a chance. His partner should feel the full brunt.
