Rakesh "Channas" Ramdhawar
Rakesh "Channas" Ramdhawar, of Arbuckle Street, Frederick Settlement, died at the roadside at Grant Street after he was shot four times in the head, hands, fingers and wrist.
Ramdhawar was killed around 8.20 a.m. In an area villagers call Harlem.
The suspect was described as a man who rode up on a bicycle and opened fire with a .357 revolver he pulled from the waist of his pants.
