Enrique Portal Venezuelan Military Attache
I just saw TV6 news the case of this military attache with the Venezuelan Embassy who claimed that a few months ago he was beaten, abducted and drugged. The story doesn't add up for many reasons. From his claim of being hit by a truck from behind to the fact that he fled the scene and was found a couple of hours later. It seems to me there are things we don't know about this case but Mr. Portal knows about.

Just two months ago in June, Dr Roodal Moonilal met with six Venezuelan Members of Parliament and then with the Venezuela's Ambassador to TT Maria Eugenia Marcano-Casado and Venezuela's Military Attache, Navy Captain Enrique Portal Elias at the Office of the Attorney General to discuss the release of several Venezuelan nationals currently detained in this country.
