The thing I don't understand is when they complain, complain and complain and THEN after waiting for HOURS for their order, they go and PAY for the food regardless! I just don't get it. Should I mention they will continue buying from the same place?
Pizza Hut quality of food AND service have diminished tremendously in the past few years.

It's April 16th 2011 and I was reminded today why I hate Pizza Hut. We called the Price Plaza store at 7:30 and ordered two large pizzas (one thin pan, one deep) and cinnamon breadsticks and told that order will be ready in 20 minutes. Reached in 30, lined up for 10 and told that they made an error with the thin pan.
First mistake - we decided to wait for them to correct it. When the pizzas came about 20 mins later, they said they only had cheese breadsticks and if we want the cinnamon we'll have to wait another 5 mins - second mistake.
Total time to collect order after arriving 50 minutes. Total time since order called in 1 hr 20 minutes. Apologies offered by Pizza Hut staff - none.
I think that we were supposed to feel sorry for them because they had a busy night... Patronise this store if you have plenty patience and a liking for terrible service.
