This is so unfortunate for some many reasons but one of them is because she had a restraining order against him that just expired. Those little pieces of paper in this country means absolutely nothing.

Comments: We all need to learn from this. Marriages fail because we are human and we make mistakes. In troubled marriages, especially when the lives of children are involved, we need to try against all odds to forget, forgive, compromise, and reconcile our differences. In our society, we need more resources with this kind of help and support,and with the confidentiality that goes with it. If her first marriage had worked out, she would not have had to suffer this kind of death. She didn't deserve it. May God bless her soul.
