Peas roti: a tasty treat
It is that time of year when you can find pigeon peas almost anywhere. In almost every village at least two gardeners must have peas for sale. Pigeon peas are particularly useful for Trinis at this time of year to mix in their pelau a favourite, tasty and covenient dish for Carnival. Ref. Source 1
