SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico: New Progressive Party Rep. Antonio “Toñito” Silva said on Wednesday that Governor Elect Luis Fortuño’s administration is going to face a tremendous challenge to be able to straighten out the government’s finances as the current deficit could reach up to $2,000 million.
