What are your thoughts about the work that Habitat For Humanity in Trinidad & Tobago is doing in building homes for low income families at no interest?

I think what they're doing is good but you have to be an owner of your own land and you also have to pay for the work done, its just that you don't have to pay interest like a loan, so it is OK for those who meet the criteria, but how many people you know own their own land and ready to build?
