If you mentioned to a local that you are part of or support the Muslims in Kazakhstan will that be taken with objection?

Is there fighting among different groups of Muslims in Kazakhstan? For instance Kazakhstan Sunni Muslims vs Shia Muslims, etc.

The subject of Muslims in this country is certainly not taboo since 70% of the population is associated with Islam. Usually they are Sunni Muslims of the Hanafi school.
