Lobo
Why do you think Lobo is so appealing for many Comic fans?
Lobo is an alien mercenary comic book anti-hero (arguably a superhero) created by artist Keith Giffen and writer Roger Slifer. He first appeared in the DC's Omega Men series in 1983. Although intended to be an over-the-top parody of Marvel Comics' Wolverine, the character became hugely popular - more so than his creators had intended for a one-note gag character.

I can't seem to find a flavor for Lobo. He is just so crazy and so over the top that its hard to take him seriously. I tend to lean towards real comics, ones that are more serious and adult in nature. Lobo has allot of adult aspects in language and behavior but retains child like story lines and ludicrous over them scenario's.
