Hey Tonatha ever did any Science Fiction or super hero role-playing before? There probably will be some openings coming up. I've noticed that in those two RPs a large skill set is needed unlike World of Medieval.

I already have things in place to help prevent this sort of thing but Dungeons & Dragons DMs may wish to start setting some kind of requirements to prevent Members from joining, creating Characters and then leaving without any significant participation in the Scenario.

Why would you join so many games knowing you're going to have a busy semester in school? Its just plain whacked to waste so much time from the Game Master's?

Sometimes I really wonder how people manage their life. I think that all of us here have busy lives but, usually, is not so difficult to find 5 minutes for posting a few lines. I studied for almost 20 years and with acceptable results, but I always had time for friends, girls or even playing games for what it matters. And school in my country is not a joke, we have one of the most demanding education system in all the world. Ok, maybe 3 games are too draining in busy times but why joining in the first time if you can't stick to what you are doing?
JB is right, also in the Member Wars we need some requirements. And, as a suggestion, JB should not allow in his games members that joined since less than two months: they have 30 posts maybe but they made them in two weeks and their participation is above 75% only because of the drugged initial post count system.

Yes, or even consider how they influence the time and effort of others, in other words consideration: being considerate of others and not wasting their time.

That may be a little stringent for someone really serious about being here. I will continue this Discussion here: 30 Posts Too Much? so as to not let our thoughts waste by using this Intro Thread.

I already removed him from my game with a swift death. If the other players wish to fish his corps out of the trap for his items. That is now up to them. He is little more then a NPC body with a magic item on it in the dungeon trap. And, that is how all inactive players will die.
