Vince Introduction

Hi all,
My name is Vincenzo, a italian guy who lives currently in Birmingham-UK. I work as flight attendant for an Irish airline, I've joined to LDS Church 13 years ago, when I was 19 years old, in my home country- Italy. Unfortunately at that time I was too much young and unexperienced regarding full and strong knowledge of Jesus and his true living prophets! the Evil through a family's friend of mine has forced me leaving church... Saying that the book of Mormon was not another testament of Christ, and so on.. I left church sadily and then after a short time spending with a catholic church I left it too... I found out in the protestantism a way to know better the Bible and history of the Christianity, after a couple of years I began studying theology in a protestant university, I got a diploma, but I realised that Bible was not properly word of God.. But lots of book translated and joined all togheter... So I wondered if I made right choice leaving Church of Latter day Saints for a false Christianity... Now I m in The Uk and I'felt a desire to return to my true Church and fulfill of the right knowledge of Jesus and his Prophet Joseph Smith! I read a book of Mc Conkie, Mormon doctrine, and I agree absolutely agree with it! of course it takes time for new converts to get to know our beliefs.. My Desire is to be one day a Bishop of LDS and teach to the new generations our doctrines and beliefs, Thanks, Vince

Thanks for sharing, did you end up going back to your church?
I too live in the Uk, but more towards the North than you are.
