Would this mean that through the power of the atonement while yet in mortality, we may have perpetual health? I think it could. Alma 31:38 and Exodus 23:25 seem to agree.

I served in the Uruguay Montevideo Mission in 1975, and have been in leadership ever since that time. For the past eight years I have been an ordinance worker. I am interested what others glean from the scriptures and consider myself a scriptorian.
