Comments: Has there been an animal that isn't widely used that I can create a super hero about? You know like how there is Spider-man, or Bat-man.

There are probably loads of animals you can choose from but they might not fit the super hero model. For instance if you use a turtle that's associated with being slow although they did a good job with teenage Ninja Mutant turtles.
