All,
I found a pretty powerful app to aid in character creation and maintenance. It's called Role-playing Game Scribe. It is designed for 3.5. The thing about this app is it also allows adding/customizing all kinds of things. It's very powerful in that it allows a Dungeon Master to add or customize everything from characters, feats, and skills to magic items and even mundane equipment. This makes it a great tool for adding "House" rules.
My question, does anyone else use apps for Dungeons & Dragons ? What kind of apps, what do they do, and how well do they work?
The only app I use is a dice roller on my phone. I use it when making the rolls for NPC to save, hit, damage and other things. It has all the options and some times it rolls great. Other times I will use the imbedded dice roller for some things. This is when I am the Dungeon Master.
