However, in this case, there was an order sent directly to Rumble, hosted in the USA, to definitely ban the user Allan dos Santos in the platform. These judicial orders didn't specify the reason for the ban, only that it comes from a classified investigation, and thus, it infriges the american Constitution concerning the free speech. Also, it is important to note that the orders did not follow the right proccess that it is required. The orders were issued by email.
