The Dice Master says... Related Links For Each Dungeon Master
Players and Dungeon Masters alike tend to use the Member Wars Board for Reviews and off topic messages. To redirect these kinds of Posts to the proper place we have added related links to each of the Dungeon Masters game Threads. One link is to the Dungeon Master's Introduction and the other to the game's Review Thread. This helps keep the Member Wars Board strictly for games only and nothing else.

The Dice Master says... Posting / Editing Trouble
Some Members complained that they could not Edit or Post New Thread. We did not see this happening because we isolated the problem to IE and Opera browsers (neither of which we use). The complaints were also general and not descriptive enough about the problem. Today we were able to find the problem, isolate it and fix it with KNtoran's help behind the scenes.
The problem was the Dice Roller on the Member Wars Board in the FULL Skin. It uses Javascript that was not compatible with the "Post New Thread" page and the above named browsers. To combat this we disabled the Dice Roller from being seen when Posting a New Topic or Editing your own Post. I do apologize for the past inconvenience.

More Stats Shown
Players will now see More Stats shown to give a certain level of understanding about Member involvement in the Community.

* More Avatars were added for the females (6 in all)
* There is now a block for GM's to choose reserved Avatars so their game Posts are more unique.
* Now when you select an Avatar you will need 30 FP ready (Yes, it has been brought back as promised)

The Dice Master says... Mobile Skin Dungeons & Dragons Players
For awhile I was deliberating how to show Dungeons & Dragons stats to Players using the Mobile Skin without compromising speed and the amount they had to download. I believe I've solved that by having the Equipment field show only for the Player rather than for everyone. This means that Mobile Dungeons & Dragons Players can see their own Character's equipment field, and their Dungeons & Dragons Companion in their own Posts but not in other Player's Posts. Additionally, direct links are given to edit these so Mobile Users should no longer be lost as to how to enable them.
In the case of Players who do not update their Character Avatars or Equipment - 'nag' boxes will be shown in their place reminding them to update it.

The Dice Master says... Remove Role-playing Game Avatar
Members now have the choice to REMOVE a Character Avatar in the Member Wars Board without having to replace it with something else. The option is all the way to the bottom after the GM Avatar choices on the Member Wars Avatar selection page.

Member Wars used to cater for dormant or closed role-playing games, but since we are re-opening all of them again (all be it slowly) we have move the sub-Boards from Member Wars to their own place among the rest of Role-playing Games here.
