5 Foods You Should Never Eat Bannas?

Hey you guys have seen that corny ad about 5 foods you should never eat and they point out a banana as being one of them. I just saw the ad on this site too and it got me thinking, are bananas really that bad?

I love bananas! I don't think they're bad at all, they're rich in potassium and it fills you up so you're not very hungry if you can't wait for a whole meal because you're in a rush.

I have seen these types of ads before, I don't even look at them because I don't believe any ad at all. Everybody should always eat bananas because they are very healthy and they contain lots of vitamins!

I'm not a nutritionist but as far as I know there's nothing wrong about bananas. They are a high proteic food, just like eggs, and just like eggs you should not overconsume them. They are particularly indicated during winter when the lack of potassium can easily lead to muscle cramps (specially for women). Just think that the doctor suggested bananas as the first solid meal for my one year old baby....

The ads don't say it isn't healthy, they're saying if you want to lose weight then you need to avoid bananas among a few other things.
