No, Carmana, is not too late. Prepare a draft of the character you want to play and post it in this Thread. Take a look at the setting first: there's a thread further down the Member Wars page that contains the rules and the description of the world in which our adventures take place.
If you have any doubt or need help in creating your character, feel free to ask

Good Job! We only need to tweak a little bit your equipment. Every character starts with 5 silver and 5 copper coins but can freely choose the starting equipment adding any standard item which has a value lower than 50 gold pieces. The only limitations are: no metal shields and maximum a Padded Armor (that's to reflect the limited resources available in the heavily exploited world of Bumi but the real reason is avoid to have a very high AC in the beginning which would unbalance the game).
You chose Endurance as one of your features: do you know that Rangers automatically gain it at 3rd level? You can change it if you want (but you would have to change Diehard also since you would not meet the prerequisites anymore).
I also need your height, weight and age as well as a background story based on the setting (where do you come from and why you are adventuring as long as what brought you to the province of Loya, in the Empire, where the current adventure takes place).
So um...I'm confused now. Explain what I need to do to my gear please? I haven't actually played Dungeons & Dragons before but I know a bit about it. I'm just not used to home made rules like this. Sorry

As for your equipment, you only have to change your Leather Armor with a Padded Armor and your money has to be 5 silver and 5 copper (regardless of what you spent in equipping your character).
The thing about your features was just a suggestion: you spent a precious point in a feature that you would get anyway for free at 3rd level so you can change that if you want. You didn't specify which favored enemy you have. You should choose one from the 1st level Ranger table.
And I need a background story for Carnosus Darnok

BackStory:
Carnosus Darnok was the son of a black smith. His father was killed one day by a band of Half-Orcs and thier Orc leader. After escaping into the woods, he was found and raised by an elf clan. He lived with them from the age of six to the age of 17, during which time he was taught in the ways of the forest and the ranger. About a week after his 17th birthday he left his friends in the forest and went to explore the world and to put his training to the test. But his true motive was unknown even to him, for deep down in his heart he saught revenge on those who had killed his father. He is still travling to this day.
((I hope this is ok now))
Sorry for the delay, I had a problem with my internet connection. Something I didn't noticed from your first draft: you have an Intelligence modifier of -1 so you should get 20 starting Skill Points and not 24. If you want, you can increase your Intelligence to 10, so you will not have to change your skills, but you will have to take off 1 point from another Attribute of your choice.
The rest is ok, only one question: where is Carnosus Darnok from?
