Yes, just follow what iCon wrote. He quoted all the Skills that cost 1 point: the others cost 2 points. Buy them until you reach 16 and that's it. Don't worry about the modifiers, I will calculate them and post the final value for each skill.
Don't forget to point out the two spells for which you have the Spell Mastery.

Threw her admiration of her uncle Tress Catormany a wizard of much skill it has become her dream to follow in her uncles footsteps. She leaves he home to find the magic schools of Phyneas island. Unknown to her while in the middle of her travels she will become entwined in a quest destined to her unknowingly in her search for more knowledge and training as a wizard.

(Ok, sorry miscalculated, also was reading manual and thought profession would b important for wizards. Also question about School Specialization, can I specialize? And should I? If so I would like to specialize in divination and necromancy would be my prohibited school. And if the same rules apply from manual then because I chose divination I only need to choose one prohibited school? Correct?)

If you want to specialize is ok but you have to do it now, before we start. I see that you already took off all the Necromancy spells from your list so I will assume you are not a Wizard anymore but a Diviner...

Explanation of some things that might look weird:
Your god forbids you the use of metal armor or shields, for which clerics should have (Almost) no limitation. In exchange, you get the Feature Track and 1 rank in the Skills Knowledge Nature and Survival for free. Those skill become Class skills so will always cost 1 point.

You are overweight because I only made minor changes to your equipment: I took off the Spellbook, added the Armor and changed the Quarterstaff with Bow and Arrows (I thought they were more in character). Feel free to modify it as you like once in game dropping whatever you don't want anymore or taking things from Anntreen's bag or from the loot the party collected in the bandits' encampment.
