He made a slightly mean worded, and portly written out of game post in the in game thread right before it happened. I think it was the last straw for the moderates here.
With wording fallowing it a long the lines of, "If I go missing or you don't hear form me, ask the people that run this place what happened to me." And, so on.

After his warnings, I think he started complaining a bit on one of the game threads about the corrections. I guess that post was deleted along with his account. He may have tried arguing with the corrections elsewhere, as well.
So we are down a rogue. I'll take him out of the game.
I saw that things like this already happened in other games in this community, before I joined. I'm sure they had a strong reason to delete his account: I made collection of warnings in the beginning, I even argued a bit sometimes, but always in a civil way and nobody ever threatened me of deletion. The administrators are usually patient, specially with new members.
Anyway, like Kit said, is time to tap on the shoulder of that member: who knows he will still want to play with us?
PROPOSAL FOR THE PARTY LEADER
I present here my idea of how a Party Leader (which is in my opinion a more than necessary figure) could be introduced in our game. This is a proposal and I'm open to any kind of idea and feedback coming from the players.
Anytime the situation would require it (defining strategies, taking a final decision when different points of view are bringing to a dead end, giving the final answer to a question from a Npc, etc..) the Party Leader would become the voice of the party, interpreting the various inputs coming from the single players.
What the Party Leader will do:
-Propose marching order and camping strategies
-Propose combat and exploration tactics (merging in a single tactic all the different proposals from the players)
-Be the final judge in the election of one or more spokesmen
-Communicate to the Game Master when the game can be moved forward in disputed situations
-Mediate between his fellow party members
-Answer to the Game Master when he (me) urges for a final decision
What the Party Leader will not do:
-Report to the Game Master the actions of the single players
-Overrun the will of the majority within the party
-Being the only filter between the Master and the party
-Decide what the other players will do (he can only report actions and decisions of the party as a whole, not single players)
Anytime it will be necessary, the leader will add "Party Leader:" at the beginning of the post, just like we do with "Out of Character:" now. In this way, I'll know when he speaks for himself and when he becomes the voice of the party. If somebody would like to become the leader, just let the others know about that. The players will be free to pick up whomever they want as the leader.
I don't know if my proposal is clear or not, maybe a few practical examples could help. But, at the moment, I will wait for your feedback first. How would you like the Party Leader to be? What are you ready to delegate to him and what not?
Quickly takes a step back and yells, "Not It!"
I am GM-ing a game I vary much want no authoritative roll in this game, I am here to go with the flow and that is how Anntreen would react, shes a long for the ride and will not take the lead unless necessary, always defaulting back to another to take the roll, she will not fallow the group off a cliff but she will allow some one to tell her hay guard the rear, or we going left down this hallways 1st.
Out of Character: Great, Tonatha. I'm curious to see your setting. If you start from level 1 I might join because I would like to transfer my character from the Kamdrogh game. He is still basic because the Gm disappeared a few weeks after I joined the game
