Out of Character: Krusten, I think that iCon meant that you didn't make your character communicate her plan in the "In Character" part of your post but in the "Out of Character" one. That matters because the other players will be able to acknowledge and employ in the game only the information that you give them "In Character". Moreover, I don't consider as action whatever I see "Out of Character".

Out of Character: That's the thing. Because I'm up in the tree I knew I could not communicate any "Plans" In Character: so I did it Out of Character:, not that I was saying "This is the plan" it was just a passing comment to let everyone know I'm not staying up in the tree because I'm a bird nesting. In other words it would be obvious to those below that I was keeping watch with my bow but maybe not so obvious to real life readers.

In Character: Seeing no others around and the men stopped in their tracks Krusten comes down the tree and goes over to the men to see what they are about. If she finds their answers untruthful she will use her intimidation.
