"Albert is at the camp, on the other side of the ditch, in the woods. We must stay inside the grove, they said, even if is dangerous. Some of us already died because of the wild boars and some of the soldiers too. But they have weapons, they can fight, while we are helpless. Moreover we are not allowed in the soldiers encampment. If you wait, we will head back there when the job is done here. Who knows Albert will want to hire new people? You are armed and that's not a bad thing in our situation".

In The Ditch:
Jeaal tries to climb the steep wall of dirt: he manages to get halfway up but then a small portion of dirt crumbles causing him to slip back down.

Out of Character: Krusten: The elves went away when you guys decided to follow the two ragged men. After that, the two groups went in different directions and that's why you are now quite far from each other.

Mina looks back to Thomas after the men reveal the danger they live in, and whispers to their little huddled group, "These men are clearly unaware of the real going-ons, of the 'Military' people. They sound like they are here for the pay. I think we must at least find out the situation with this 'Military group', and it seems we will need to chat with their leader for these poor fellows are in the dark."
