Jeaal readies his bow and prepares to fire if his team mates seem like they are in danger. He gets as close as he can while remaining hidden.
Mina seeing the guards, pops back a bit, moves to one side of the curtained door and readies her quarterstaff for a low swing to the feet of the men approaching the curtained door from the other room.
As she hears the two arrive just at the curtain, she will swing as hard as she can at foot level to attempt to trip them into the curtain.

Tomas attempts to use his pommel for nonlethal blows, attacking the nearest guard.

IN THE TENT
Ja'laron has been silent during all the time you spent in Captain Tomlin's quarters. Even now, the rogue doesn't say anything in reaction to the soldier's warning. Seeing the rest of the group readying their weapons, he goes a step closer to Berghost that is still putting away the brass badge and, at light speed, he draws his rapier and stabs the lieutenant in his belly, between the lower edge of the armor and the leather belt that holds his pants. Is a matter of an instant. Berghost's eyes widen in surprise and the soldier falls on the floor in a pool of blood.
A savage scream comes from the Captain as his right hand hits the ground, dead. The veteran draws his longsword and readies his shield. He goes for Ja'laron, murder in his eyes, but finds his way to revenge blocked by Tomas and Carnosus. Keeping the paladin at bay using the large wooden shield, Captain Tomlin starts landing blow after blow on the ranger, his face distorted by rage and hate. One of the blows finds its target, and hits Carnosus on his chest (7 Points of Damage). Almost at the same time, Carnosus Darnok finds an opening in the Captain's guard and sticks his longsword in the veteran's right leg, just under his waist. Is a strike that would have sent to the ground most men but not the Captain that keeps fighting with fury like if that deep cut was only a scratch.
Mina and krusten face the guards, next to the heavy curtain that gives access to the Captain's private room. One of the soldiers hits Mina on her shoulder (1 Point of Damage) and is hit by her quarterstaff in return. The others focus on Krusten. As they approach, the warrior hits one of them on the throat with the handle of her spear: the soldier falls down, unconscious (is the one already hit on the hand). The other one makes a timid attempt to strike her but is easy for the girl avoid such an irresolute attack.
The last guard is still on the ground. He slowly gets on his feet and recovers his sword but, in doing so, he offers his flank to both Krusten and Ja'laron. Krusten misses him, busy defending herself from the attacks, but Ja'laron finds his right arm wounding him.
IN THE CLEARING
The sound of clashing swords raises from the large military tent in the middle of the clearing. All of you can hear it clearly and nobody has any doubt about the result of this long meeting: a battle just started. The commoners react quickly. They stop any activity that was keeping them busy before and frantically look for their weapons, left next to the several bedrolls scattered on the dirt. Jeaal spots two guards, one for each side, quickly climbing down from the two tall trees that flank the military tent, beyond the trench. They have a bow hanging from their shoulder.
Out of Character: Sorry guys. I wanted to post this yesterday but I fell asleep.

How far is it from the hidden area where they are at the tree line to the area where the ditch is with the make shift cross bridge?
Is the make shift cross bridge still in place over the ditch?
How many people stand between their location and the bridge?
A run action forfeiting an attack action in order to run 2 times your normal movement length might be the best course of action but she wants to survey the layout of the obstacles fist.
Carnosus didn't take to kindly to being struck in the chest, he glared at the captain and went in for another strike, he didn't hold anything back. "That blow to my chest was the only lucky shot you're getting today bub! Now lets see how you like it!" He aimed for the chest
