Tomas thanks Mr Goatshearer for the work he provided and follows the butler.
"Mister... Uhhh?" He waits for the butler to provide his name, then asks, "Would a quick bath be possible? It's been a long day and it'll give me the opportunity to ask a few questions about the village. Time is no issue, we are waiting for comrades to come from the inn with a few answers."
Anntreen turns to the butler and makes a light smile and adds, "I have a feeling much of our group will be desiring a bath after the long day. Could you also see if the cook would be willing to make something of a meal for us too? Mr Goatshearer said there would be sleeping arrangements available for are group to rest the night." Anntreen then turns to Tomas. "I will go tell the others what's going on. And fetch them and the captain. Did you want to head out and pay off the men you had help pull the wagons I was uncertain what you wanted to do with them now." With that, Anntreen head for the front door and out toward the gate.
When she gets to the gate she speaks with Zachary. " Mr Goatshearer was very happy to hear his supply's where recovered. And has made arrangements for our group to spend the night here. We have a couple others that stopped off in the INN, whom will be joining us here later." She then turns to her group of party mates. "We will be staying here for the night. We have a meal and bathes possibly being made for us. I suggest we gather our things separated out from that of Mr Goatshearer's items in his carts and make are way in to the house." Anntreen walks over to speak with the captain. " This is not a time for punishments it is a time for words and rest. If you do not mind please come with me. Brother Tomas is waiting inside and I don't know about you but I think everyone needs a hot meal."
Anntreen starts back toward the main house with the captive captain freely walking at her side. "Mr Goatshearer was less worried about you then the attacks on his caravans stay near me and I will see you are treated properly so long as you keep cooperating." She smiles sweetly, attempting to be as truthful and calm as she can to garner his contenting cooperating.
Carnosus follows as well, he is glad to see Anntreen safe so far and breaths a sigh of relief, he whispers to Anntreen as they walk. "The captain and I were actually having a pleasant conversation. Only problem is that now I feel bad for him, he isn't so bad of a guy." He sighs then speaks normal again, well...as normal as he can around Anntreen. "So um...how did the talks go? Anything new about the job you guys took? Oh and um...once we get inside I wish to ask you something in private...it has to do with the issue of my shaken faith and, well...you are the only one I feel I can trust with this kind of thing..." He looked down and blushed, he trusted her more than he let on to be honest.
"Well I was thinking the lot of them deserve only the stables for the night, but they can steal a horse and be off, so we would have to keep watch on them." Tomas replies to Anntreen. "Ask the others for their ideas."
With that he follows the butler to help set the baths.
In a moment before she forgets Anntreen turns back for a moment to talk with Zachary. She points out the thuggish workers whom had helped pull the carts with promise if coin and the injured men they had carted back as well. This group of men need a place under watched eye for the night they where part of the camp as workers not the attacking party against the caravans they need to be held for questioning and given medical attention they are not to be harmed but not let go free. Can you see to having them given a room and fresh bandages water and bread for the night and a watch put over them. My group will tend to them in the morning.
She waits for his response before going toward the main house.
While waiting to see if Zachary can organize such a important task among his men, Anntreen talks with her friend Carnosus.
"The captain, is a good man. He was misled that is all. But action have consequence and while I can not change his actions I can attempt to sway the consequences he will encounter. But that is not talk for tonight that is a task for tomorrow. The job is complete and we where payed we however may have yet another talk to help bring peace of mind back to this ranch but the master of this house will have words of it with us tomorrow. It is late and time for rest and cleaning up. As I said we have bathes being drawn and possibly a hot meal being made for us. Are groups leader brother Tomas has the coin bag for now and earnings will be dealt with likely tonight if not in the morrow." Her words are soft and in low tones as she stood next to who they were intended for.
After a moment more while waiting to hear back about the goods being moved for Mr Goatshearer, as well as the men being taken and watched for the night, she turns to the captain and asks. " Tell me if you where given a chance to remain free and take up a blade for the protection of the peace and well being but, just so long as it was not in a place such as last keep. Would you still have the fire with in to do what is right and protect the week?"

Carnosus looks at her and nods, he lets his request for a private chat with her fall on deaf ears, he feels stupid for saying anything now, he looks down and blushes as he thinks about how stupid he must have sounded.
AT THE TAVERN
Following all the fuss between Mina and the newcomer, the two guards stand from their table, followed by the three commoners. "Any problem, Butch?", one of them asks to the innkeeper. They are evidently drunk and would not refuse a fight if one should break up. One of the commoners recognizes the druid: "Oh, it's you", he comments. Mina remembers them as being the three Ranch workers that survived the second assault and that were being questioned near the main archway only one day before.
From the top of the stairs, a piece of cloak suddenly appears to peep but when you look again is already not there.
AT THE RANCH
Goatshearer answers Krusten with an embarassed "She is not feeling well, maybe will be better tomorrow" And dismisses the party.
You follow the butler to the place where the carts are. Avoiding Tomas' reference to his name, the butler promises to arrange an accommodation and a meal for the party. He takes his leave informing you that somebody will call you when the bath will be ready.
Zachary instructs one of the man to keep the gate closed and some guards next to it then invites the party to follow another of the workers to the commoner's house to take possession of their rooms. He promises to take care of the wounded and to secure the thugs.
On the way to the Quarters, Captain Tomlin answers Anntreen. "I thank you for your offer, it shows your trust in me, but my actions caused grief to many and the death of my best friend: I must pay for what I've done".
