"Sick huh?" Krusten wonders if the daughter is in any way related to the captain... A love affair? A way for her to get her bidding done? Her mind was racing, but its all behind her now. She relaxes just a bit waiting for her turn to take a bath and refresh herself. All the time she does listen if she can hear the whisperings of information.
Tomas waits patiently in the front doorway, nodding his satisfaction with the way everything is being handled. He begins to prepare by removing his shield and unstrapping his padded armor.
Ceza vision was distracted by some men who came nearby. From their faces, it's easy to recognize that they were ready to screw everything that was already screwed.
Great, a mad woman and three drunked men will make my night complete, he thought.
Mina, suddenly inundated with too much happening at the same time, becomes more irked than she was a moment ago.
She looks to the Ranch workers, and curtly tells them, "Lovely to see you gentlemen again. Would you mind doing me a favor?" She points to Ceza, and continues, "Kindly watch this man as he has his meal here, then please escort the scum out of this respectable tavern. I suddenly have not the time for this confrontation."
She looks the self proclaimed mercenary in the eyes and smiles unhappily, "Do not take this kindness as something of a settlement between us. You will not want to be seeing me again, Merc." The last word spoken has such venom in it that it is almost as tangible as smoke.
Mina sheaths her scimitar, and heads right for the Bar Keeper. "Butch, I caught a glimpse of someone. Who is upstairs? Is it part of 'what I left behind'? Please be honest, like I believe you to be, for I am in no more mood for surprises."
As the group walks toward and back in to the house Anntreen turns to Carnosus, "We can talk in a bit, I will always have time for you my friend."
Anntreen hearing Captain Tomlin answer retorts. "I see, so then you have given up the good fight for fear you can no longer do any good. We will talk more later perhaps tomorrow about this as I do not feel it is time for you to give up yet."
Jeaal takes his hand from his sword hilt and looks at Ceza, grinning widely.
"(Laugh), you failed hard."
The Elf leans back in his chair and takes a swig of his mead.
Ceza took his dagger back. He made another smile when he took his seat back. Though he felt much upset and guilty after the chaos he made earlier, it was the as the same as the smile he had shown to the woman.
Cursed rain, mad woman with her three sidekicks, and of course impatient stomach.
"Can I have my meal faster, sir?" He asked politely to the keeper of the tavern.
In amidst of his unlucky, he heard the male elf mocked him too. Instead of became mad, he tried to make friend with the elf.
"Ah, good elf. Sorry for making joke of you. Especially. .. Give my apologize to her. I wasn't meant to make her angry." He said
