Tomas heads inside and he stands in the doorway for a second when he sees the captain. Then a beaming smile flashes across his lips when he realises Tomlin's honour.

"Good to have you back!" Are Tomas' first words. During the meal he will talk to specific party members "Mina, you packed a small chest onto the cart, any idea what's inside? Ja'laron, you packed a tiny chest from what I hear, did you check it? Captain Tomlin, any ideas on the contents?"

In Game:
Anntreen leads MariJaen to where breakfast has been set up. Smiling and giggling the entire way. She recounts the events of the last couple of days telling the woman who there was a broken cart and attacks by the thieves, then a wild dog attack and death, oh' and then we met some others in the tavern and headed to the ranch where the kids we saved in the woods are now being cared for here. And how we investigated in the town then headed out to track them in the woods hoe there is wild hogs and the ditch. She explains about a strange house and a grand illusion that they can't work out how it plays in and how they dispersed the camp and so forth by the skin of there teeth.

Finally shes explaining how she needs to hurry on to the group and heal her friends whom she could not the day before when she ran out of magic, and that they should all be at the table Eating by now.

When the 2 Elf women come in to the dining room Anntreen's face brightens up with a glowing smile as she sees the captain at the table!
"Captain you came back oh' good I was going to hate having to report your get a way when I was planing on attempting to get you found clear of charges, or released in to are group and all that."

MariJaen lost in the conversation with the beautiful and kind elf woman, tells her of her journey to the magic school of phyneas island. She tells her how she has been schooled but does not have much experience casting in battle or real life situations. But she would be happy to help her group and gain experience in doing so. She listens intently to her stories of their adventures and her imagination goes wild, remembering her uncles tails of adventure within his life's journey. She grins with admiration to the woman who introduces her to her own new adventures. As she's led to the table Anntreen speaks to Tomlin, apparently addressing his distress discussed with MariJaen the night before. " Nice to see you again Tomlin it looks like perhaps things are looking up for you from when last me met?" She nods to him and smiles brightly thinking, can things get any better? When MariJaen finds time to prepare her spells at breakfast she does.

Anntreen turns to the woman. "Miss MariJaen you know the captain here?" A look of worry on Anntreen's face.

MariJaen turns to look at Anntreen, smiles and says matter of factly " Yes I met him last night in the rain, he's the kind man who led me to the ranch and showed me where I could seek shelter for the night in the barn."

Anntreen giggles wildly as she takes seat and begins to eat. Lightly shaking her head no and with a pleased look on her face.
"This kind man with a honer I have not seen the likes of in so long, was one of the leaders of the bandits camp. He was not so by choice, and has asked we kill him many times over. I personally still see a flame of good in him and the person I would like to see bought to Justus is not him but the man that funded and organized and forced the action. Not the fall guy left in the camp should it be found." She explains to the new woman as she glances at the captain making clear her words and thoughts could be known by all.

MariJaen gets an astonished look on her face then appears deep in thought for a moment when all the sudden her smile returns as if she'd just had an epiphany. "It all makes perfect sense, It looks like there's a bigger picture here. It seems that perhaps the next thing to do is to find the true leader and redeem Mr. Tomlin." MariJaen continues smiling thinking that her adventure is about to have a grand purpose. She eats the much needed breakfast, intently listening to the discussion around her.
