"Don't you think the child should wait here? I would think you wouldn't want him to see such things." She says to Tomas clearly not understanding why he would invite Ferrin along to help with corpses from a boar attack.

AT THE RANCH

Two carts are prepared and four stable grooms made available for the task at hand. After having loaded a bridge on one of the carts, Tomas, Ferrin and MaryJaen get ready for the trip. The stablemaster instructs the guys and apologizes to the party: "Each cart will need three people to be moved once loaded by I can only send four boys at the moment. I fear that you will have to work a little bit. Should I assume that you will bring your message once back, Brother Tomas?".

In the woods, Krusten's words cause an unexpected reaction in Abigail. She lowers the knife and let her go, a sad look on her face. "I guess you are not evil, just a little bit more stupid than I thought", she states shaking her head slowly. "You got your bandits, right? So, what do you want from me now?".

The children start moving around Carnosus, literally jumping to the left and right, touching his clothes and his bag. "Is that a real sword?", asks one of them. "Where are you from?", asks another. "What is a Ranger?". Carnosus feels surrounded.

IN THE INN

Butch listens to Mina's report. "One of his servants", he answers when questioned about the bald man. "He has two servants, one older and bald and the other younger with short black hairs and a thick beard". He thinks for a moment then adds: "I always dealt with them, only saw the Marquis once myself when they arrived. Very strange man I should say. What do you suggest?".
