These are very touchy subjects. People of religion have very definitive statements on the matter but this is something maybe biological or neurological that the transgender person is dealing with everyday. They need the support of people and not ridiculed or be made to feel like a monster because they're just humans.

11 states sue over Obama administration's transgender directive in public schools
Texas and 10 other states are suing the Obama administration over a new directive allowing transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms in public schools that are in line with their gender identity. Ref. USAToday.
A divided Supreme Court has temporarily blocked a lower court order that had cleared the way for a transgender high school student to use the boys' bathroom in a Virginia public school.
Lawyers for the Gloucester County School Board asked the court to preserve the status quo and allow the school's policy to remain in effect once the school year begins in September.
The school board said the policy was meant in part to protect the "Basic expectations of bodily privacy of Gloucester County students." It stressed that the student, Gavin Grimm, would have access to three single-user restrooms as well as a restroom in the nurse's office.
Grimm's lawyers say the policy violates an anti-discrimination law. Ref. CNN.
