Saving Mustangs
Members of Congress took action after Bureau of Land Management officials raised the possibility of killing as many as 30,000 wild mustangs and burros they can no longer afford to house in holding facilities after removing them from land that cannot sustain the growing herds. Ref. Source 6
Personally I think that they could do both, save the horses and make the jobs people have asked for. That's the only thing they do, it's not like it's a side job. How long could it take to say don't kill the horses and then have a bunch of people sign some paper. I know that you need to discuss a little more than that but you could try a little harder to move things along.
I love mustangs! They are such beautiful horses. When they run in packs in the wild its really cool to look at.
I think not. Wild mustangs are wild mustangs. I think that when they're "housing" them they're taking away the wild part. Just let them run free instead of killing them. I think that if someone doesn't have a job they're a liability for the community because their money goes towards feeding them.
