Last Hero In China

It was a long time since I saw a Martial Arts movie since I saw this one and I was not impressed. I guess the moves of the Matrix just knocks these kinds of movies to the floor. I guess I was too much in the hope for a Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon style, but this was more like the movies of the 80's. Another thing I did not like about the movie is the comedy or what they considered to be the comedy. Maybe it is a Chinese thing, but it did not make me laugh.

China Hero Last

I have (don't tell anyone!) watched many of Jet Li's films. I do like the ones set in old China.

Yes, their sense of humour is interesting wink.gif One thing I would say is do *not* watch dubbed versions. They are awful. You will get a much better sense of what is going on by listening to the Cantonese/Mandarin with Englsih subtitles - unless you speak Cantonese/Mandarin of course! wink.gif

I heard that Jet Li has something to do with this soon-to-be-released film:

Though can find no mention of his name!
