James Rhodes says he is still trying to get more details about the situation at the Clackamas Town Center, but the gunman has been "Neutralized." He says he isn't sure whether the gunman is dead. Police identify Oregon mall shooting victims as Cindy Ann Rule and Steven Forsyth. Gunman was Jacob Tyler Roberts. Ref. CNN

Jacob Tyler Roberts, 22, armed himself with an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and had several fully loaded magazines. Authorities say Roberts' rifle jammed during the attack, but he managed to get it working again. Motive is still unknown. Ref. USAToday
