Dude, it was rejected because you cannot link anything. You're new around here so they won't allow you I told you already to get used to it.
Really though its because you can't link until you have over 100 posts I think, not sure what the limit is now. Play by post, I don't see the icon that you're referring to because I'm using the Mobile skin. Poor you, not that anything is wrong with the mobile skin but I just can't see myself surviving here on that, I will constantly be looking for something to press. Maybe you'll be able to see the regular version when you get a PC or something.
